The Moderne Condominiums

This twenty-four-unit boutique, new build luxury condominium project is located on an urban infill lot in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY.  RBA formulated a completely new design concept by creating an art centric building that incorporates a curated streetside art gallery and a rooftop sculpture garden. The units are also unique. RBA created “glass box” residences that feature wrap around and continuous floor to ceiling windows and opening glass walls. This design allows the transition from all living spaces and connects each residence to individual covered “loggias”.  As a result, the thoughtful and open floor plans in conjunction with the strategic use of full height interior light wells, allows each home to be bathed in natural light at all orientations, even on the most overcast days. RBA created residences that emphasize art as well as a constant connection to the outdoors while maintaining privacy, all in one unique building.
